Hyderabad: A 40-year-old man died by suicide at his house in Meerpet on city outskirts on Monday. The victim, identified as P Shyam Prasad, was living along with his wife and children at Meerpet.

“On Monday afternoon, when Prasad’s wife went out on some work, he went into the bedroom and hanged himself from the ceiling fan using a bed sheet,” said Meerpet Inspector, K Nagaraju.
