Hyderabad achieves 57.25 per cent digitisation in SIR, remains lowest in Telangana

Hyderabad has achieved 57.25 per cent digitisation of Special Intensive Revision enumeration forms, the lowest among Telangana districts. Medchal-Malkajgiri has overtaken Hyderabad, while Yadadri-Bhongir leads the State with 94.30 per cent digitisation, according to the Chief Electoral Officer's report.

Hyderabad: Hyderabad achieved 57.25 per cent digitisation of enumeration forms in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and continued to remain the lowest among all districts in Telangana, according to the latest report on the digitisation of enumeration forms released by Chief Electoral Officer, Telangana, C Sudarshan Reddy on Monday.

Medchal-Malkajgiri district, which had been lagging behind Hyderabad in the digitisation of enumeration forms until last week, has now moved ahead with 62.64 per cent digitisation, according to the CEO’s report.


Yadadri-Bhongir district topped the State with 94.30 per cent digitisation of enumeration forms, the report said.

According to the revised SIR schedule, August 10 is the last date for the submission of filled-in enumeration forms in Telangana.
