Only 9% of enumeration forms have been filled and returned in Hyderabad during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision of the electoral rolls, Chief Electoral Officer C. Sudarshan Reddy said. Hyderabad lagged due to slow distribution of forms, prompting officials to issue fresh instructions to speed up the process.
