Hyderabad: GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. (GHIAL) has launched GMR Airport’s first Real-Time Lost & Found Tracking and Communication Platform for passengers. The digital platform simplifies the process of reporting, tracking and recovering lost belongings.
It brings lost-item reporting, request tracking and passenger communication onto a single platform. Passengers can now monitor the status of their requests in real time and receive timely updates throughout the recovery process.
The service can be accessed through the Hyderabad Airport Lost & Found Page: https://www.hyderabad.aero/lost-and-found. The platform has been designed to make lost-item reporting quick and convenient, a press release said.
Passengers can visit the portal and click Raise a Request, enter details and submit the request and receive a unique reference ID via email. The reference ID can be used to track the status of the request online. Updates are received until the item is identified, verified and returned.
