Hyderabad: Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research hosts Convocation Ceremony for Undergraduate Batch 2018
Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (AIMSR), hosted the Convocation Ceremony for the students of Undergraduate Batch 2018, at the RNR Auditorium, Jubilee Hills on Monday.
Hyderabad: Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (AIMSR), hosted the Convocation Ceremony for the students of Undergraduate Batch 2018, at the RNR Auditorium, Jubilee Hills on Monday.
Chairman and Founder of Asian Institute of Gastroenterology (AIG), Hyderabad, Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy conferred the degrees to 100 undergraduates from the 2018 batch in a glittering ceremony, which was attended by the parents and families of the students.
Since its inception in 2012, over 700 Students graduated from AIMSR. More than 90 percent of the College alumni secured Post Graduate seats in different medical colleges of the country and residency programmes abroad.
The Chairman’s medal Dr Pratap C Reddy’s Gold medal for the best outgoing Undergraduate student and award instituted in memory of Senior Physician late Dr K.V.R. Prasad was awarded to Siddhant Barmecha, during the convocation.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy, said, “You are highly fortunate to pass out from one of the prestigious Institutions for medical education in India. You start with a great advantage but let me remind you that education is like a dress rehearsal for what happens in your life, you have to continuously get educated throughout your life.
Dr Sangita Reddy, Joint Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Group, Dean Dr. K. Manohar, Aparna Reddy, COO, AIMSR, parent and senior faculty were present.
