Hyderabad athlete Bikash Karar selected for World Masters Athletics
Hyderabad veteran athlete Bikash Karar has been selected to represent India at the World Masters Athletics Championships in Daegu from August 22 to September 3. He will compete in the 200m, 400m and 400m hurdles in the 50-plus category
Hyderabad: Bikash Karar, Chairman of Athletic Coaching Academy, Hyderabad, and veteran athlete from Hyderabad, has been selected to represent India in the World Masters Athletics Championships to be held in Daegu from August 22 to September 3.
Karar will compete in the 50 years and above category in 200m, 400m and 400m hurdles. He is trained by Prof. Rajesh Kumar, Senior Professor and Head, Dept. of Physical Education, OU.
Earlier, Karar also took part in the World Masters Athletics held in Finland, the US, France, Brazil, etc.
