Hyderabad: It is a proud moment for teachers and alumni of the BHEL Higher Secondary School, Ramachandrapuram, here as one from their alma mater gets ready to soon head the Indian Air Force.
Air Marshal VR Chaudhari, who has been appointed as the next Chief of the Air Staff, did his schooling from the BHEL Higher Secondary School in Hyderabad. Air Marshal Chaudhari who is presently the Vice Chief of Air Staff, will be succeeding present Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria after the latter’s retirement on September 30.
According to the alumni, Air Marshal Chaudhari’s parents stay in Hyderabad.
