Hyderabad: The body of an unidentified woman with external injuries was found disposed of on the pavement near a fuel outlet at Chintal in Jeedimetla on Wednesday morning. Police are investigating whether it is a murder.

According to the police, the body of the woman with visible injuries, who is suspected to be in thirties, was found by the motorists passing by the road, who then alerted the police.

On receiving information, the police along with the CLUES reached the spot. The Jeedimetla police booked a case and are investigating. They are probing from all possible angles including sexual assault, murder or suicide.

The body was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital morgue and efforts were on to identify the victim.
