Three injured when a car ploughed through a crowd near Niloufer cafe in Red Hills, the car driver was found to be drunk
Hyderabad: A drunk car driver ploughed through a group of pedestrians injuring at least three of them in Red Hills locality on Wednesday night, police said. The injured persons were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
The incident took place near the popular Niloufer cafe when the car driver who was reportedly in an inebriated condition lost control of the vehicle and rammed it into the pedestrians.
Soon after the incident, the local people caught hold of the driver and handed him over to the police.The car was later towed away by the traffic police.A case is registered and investigation going on.
