Hyderabad: A 29-year-old eye specialist working at L V Prasad Eye Hospital died when he fell off a fly over on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) at Rajendranagar in the early hours Monday.

The victim Dr Nilay Reddy, who worked as Cornea and Anterior Segment Fellow at LVPEI, was on his way to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), Shamshabad, from his residence in Jubilee Hills. The accident happened on the flyover at exit-17 of ORR.

“The doctor was driving his car at a high speed and lost control over. The car overturned and got dragged for nearly 100 metres before hitting the crash guard railing.
