Hyderabad: Doctor goes missing in Ameerpet after argument with parents

Dr Sirisha, a doctor from Dammaiguda working in Ameerpet, went missing after an argument with her parents over helping a friend with a bank loan. She texted them saying she was upset and would return once things settled down.

Hyderabad: A doctor went missing allegedly upset over an argument with her parents in Ameerpet.

As per available information, Dr Sirisha, from Dammaiguda who is working at the Wellness Centre in Ameerpet had recently helped one Anthony, her friend to secure a bank loan. For which, her parents had scolded her. There have been frequent arguments between them over the same.

On July 29, Sirisha, who went to work in the morning did not return home in the evening. She had sent a message to her parents’ phone saying she was upset over the arguments with them. She said she would return when things settle down.

However, her anxious parents who waited for her for a few days, approached the SR Nagar police and lodged a complaint.

Case is under investigation.
