Hyderabad: Flight operations affected at RGI Airport
A technical fault at the Air Traffic Control in Delhi led to widespread delays of flights between Hyderabad and Delhi on Friday. Authorities confirmed the cancellation of one round-trip flight and delays across multiple services.
Hyderabad: Several flights from Rajiv Gandhi International (RGI) Airport, Shamshabad, to Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, Delhi, were delayed following technical issues at the Delhi airport on Friday.
Airport authorities stated that a Delhi–Hyderabad–Delhi flight was cancelled while several flights between Delhi and Hyderabad were delayed.
The operations at the Indira Gandhi International Airport were affected due to a technical glitch at the Air Traffic Control (ATC).
Various airline companies issued advisories to the passengers and communicated with them directly.
