Hyderabad: Fruit salad snatched away from food delivery boy

The delivery boy, identified as Mohd Jaffar Ali, went to Khaiyamnagar at Rajendranagar to deliver four boxes of fruit salad worth Rs. 320.

Hyderabad: Unidentified persons reportedly snatched away a parcel containing fruit salad from a food delivery boy at Rajendranagar on Saturday.

The delivery boy, identified as Mohd Jaffar Ali, went to Khaiyamnagar at Rajendranagar to deliver four boxes of fruit salad worth Rs. 320. “When I checked the address I found no one with that name resided at the place. On checking the App, I noticed that the order was cancelled but few people came to the place and snatched it away,” Jaffer Ali told the police.

He alleged that the person placed the order only to cancel it. A complaint was lodged at the Rajendranagar police station.
