Hyderabad: GoodMind.co, the student startup that was incubated at EdVenture Incubation Foundation, has launched its first ‘Center of GoodMind’ at Badruka College of Commerce and Arts. The Centre of GoodMind, a facility that will help students, faculty and other employees with their mental wellness, was inaugurated by Secretary, IT E&C, Jayesh Ranjan.
This is first of the many upcoming centers that will be launched in educational institutions and offices to help students, faculties and other employees with their mental wellness. The Centre of GoodMind is going to be a wellness center to address the mental health needs of everybody on campus.
GoodMind.co, founded by B.Com honors students Saniya and Siddiqua, is an AI-powered platform aimed at making mental health accessible, affordable while maintaining complete anonymity. The start-up was incubated and launched by EdVenture Park, a student focused startup incubator, under the mentorship of Meraj Faheem, who is also the Founder of The Hacking School.
With GoodMind launching its wellness facilities in organizations, mental health services available to everybody can bring a huge change. The mental health wellness centres will educate individuals to identify early signs of mental illness and subsequently provide them with mental health care and an environment that supports recovery and improves resilience for these individuals.
Honorary secretary, Badruka College Of Commerce and Arts, Srikishan Badruka, DG Badruka College of Commerce and Arts, Abhirama Krishna, CEO, EdVenture Incubation Foundation, Meraj Faheem and others were present.
