Hyderabad: Non-stop illegal bike racing has reportedly become a regular occurrence on the Knowledge City Road in the city, with police allegedly leaving the situation unattended.

Videos of the dangerous races are being posted on social media. Many onlookers have been spotted witnessing the dangerous stunts, while the local police allegedly leave the issue unattended.

In response to a tweet highlighting the issue, the Cyberabad Traffic Police acknowledged the problem, stating, “We take the issue of bike racing seriously as it endangers public safety. We will increase patrolling in the affected areas and take strict action against those involved. We will take this matter to higher officers. Your safety is our priority.”

Earlier this year, videos of bike stunts went viral on social media, prompting police to book nearly 90 individuals for performing stunts during the first three weeks of June.
