Hyderabad: The IPO Committee of Hyderabad-based KIMS Hospitals in consultation with Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Axis Capital, Credit Suisse Securities (India) and IIFL Securities have finalised allocation of 1,15,84,060 equity shares to 43 anchor investors at an allocation price of Rs 825 per equity share, valued at Rs 955.68 crore, ahead of the initial public offer (IPO).

Out of the total allocated shares to anchor investors, about 52,54,614 equity shares (i.e., 45.36 per cent shares) were allocated to 10 domestic mutual funds, amounting to Rs 433.50 crore through a total of 19 schemes.


The company is going for an IPO, which will open for public subscription on June 16. The three-day IPO will close on June 18. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
