Hyderabad man awarded life imprisonment in POCSO case
He had threatened and sexually assaulted minor girl at knife point two years ago at Domalguda
Hyderabad: A local court convicted and sentenced a man to life imprisonment for threatening and sexually assaulting a minor girl at knife point two years ago at Domalguda.
The man Amar Nepali, a resident of Domalguda and a native of Nepal had threatened the girl who is minor and sexually assaulted her. He threatened to kill the girl, if she revealed it anyone about it.

However, the victim mustered courage and informed her parents about it. On a complaint, the Domalguda police registered a case and took up investigating. Amar was arrested and remanded.
After the trial, the court sentenced him to life imprisonment i.e, to serve jail term for remainder of his life. The court also imposed a fine of Rs. 10,000 on him and awarded a compensation of Rs 2 lakh to the victim.
