Hyderabad: Man held for illegally selling Remdesivir
According to the police, following a tip-off, the SOT caught K Madhu (32), while he was selling the injections, each for Rs 32,000 near Dubai Building in the Jawaharnagar area.
Hyderabad: The Rachakonda Police Special Operations Team caught a man on charges of illegally selling Remdesivir vials in the black market at Jawaharnagar here on Wednesday. Police seized four Remdesivir injections from him.
According to the police, following a tip-off, the SOT caught K Madhu (32), while he was selling the injections, each for Rs 32,000 near Dubai Building in Jawaharnagar area. He procured the injections for a lower rate from a dealer and was about to sell four injections to Rs 1.2 lakh to customers in need.
Madhu along with the Remdesivir injections was handed over to the Jawaharnagar police for further action.
