Hyderabad: Moving bus catches fire on Outer Ring Road

A moving bus caught fire on Hyderabad’s Outer Ring Road near Abdullapurmet on Tuesday while travelling from RGI Airport towards Hayathnagar. The driver escaped safely, firefighters doused the flames, and traffic movement was temporarily disrupted as authorities began investigating the cause.

HYDERABAD: A moving bus caught fire on the Outer Ring Road, Abdullapurmet, on Tuesday.

The bus was going from RGI Airport towards Autonagar, Hayathnagar, when fire broke out all of a sudden in the bus.

The driver managed to jump out of the vehicle. A fire tender rushed to the spot and doused the fire. The cause of the fire is being ascertained.

Traffic flow on the road was affected for some time due to the incident.
