Hyderabad: NASR Boys School adopts ‘Utsav’ 

The school management presented a cheque of Rs 3 lakh towards adoption charges of the white tiger in the Nehru Zoological Park

Hyderabad: NASR Boys School, Gachibowli, adopted one white tiger named ‘Utsav’ in the Nehru Zoological Park for a period of one year. Utsav is a male white tiger, zoo-born, aged about two years.

The school principal Mir Hafeezuddin Ahmed, along with his team and students, visited the zoo and presented a cheque of Rs 3 lakh towards adoption charges to J Vasantha, zoo curator in the presence of Dr Sunil S Hiremath, Director, Zoo Parks, Telangana.


Vasantha thanked students for joining hands with the zoo in wildlife conservation.
