Hyderabad North Zone Police recover 118 lost, stolen phones via CEIR Portal

Hyderabad North Zone Police recovered 118 lost or stolen mobile phones using the CEIR portal. A total of 111 complainants collected their devices at an event. DCP Rashmi Perumal praised the proactive efforts of crime teams in tracing and restoring the phones

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad North Zone Police have recovered 118 lost or stolen mobile phones using the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) Portal.

A total of 111 complainants from various police stations across the North Zone attended the event and were reunited with their recovered phones.


North Zone DCP Rashmi Perumal appreciated the efforts of the crime teams for their proactive approach in tracing and restoring lost devices.
