Hyderabad: Osmania University on Tuesday said a message circulated as a ‘press note’ on social media on postponement of BE first semester (main & backlog) exams was fake.

“The Examination Branch of Osmania University has detected that a Fake Circular with regards to BE I semester (Regular and Backlog) No 124/BE/Exams/2033 dated 12.04.2022 is circulating in social media,” the OU said.

Students and parents were advised to be cautious and follow only official circulars uploaded on the OU website https://www.osmania.ac.in/, it added.
