Hyderabad: Over 750 MLRIT students get campus placement

The college organised a virtual meet 'Placement Success Meet 2021' to congratulate the placed students and their parents

Hyderabad: More than 750 students of Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology (MLRIT) were placed through campus recruitment this academic year. Around 40 MNCs visited the college (virtual) for recruitment.

The college on Saturday organised a virtual meet ‘Placement Success Meet 2021’ to congratulate the placed students and their parents.

Speaking on the occasion, MLR Group of Institutions secretary M Rajasekhar Reddy said, “MLRIT has achieved a record of over 750 placements this year since its inception in 2005. Each and every student placed will be brand ambassadors of MLRIT. Every student should be thankful for the innumerable efforts and sacrifices made by their parents and teachers that enabled them to taste success.”

MLRIT principal Dr K Srinivas Rao said many reputed MNCs like Amazon, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, LTI, Cognizant, Virtusa, Epam Systems, NTT Data, HCL, Optum, Wipro and Cyient had recruited the students.

Placement head P Ravi Chandra said the highest salary package of Rs 12 lakh per annum and an average salary package of Rs 4.50 lakh per annum were offered in the campus recruitment.
