Hyderabad Police Commissioner leads drug-free pledge at Hivision Foundation event

Hyderabad: The Hivision Foundation organised its annual Orientation Programme for underprivileged meritorious students, parents, and educators with an objective to empower them through education, awareness, and creating opportunities in Hyderabad.
The Foundation is now supporting over 1,077 students and it continues to provide scholarships and transformative programs that go beyond academics, focusing on holistic development, values, and life skills.
A key highlight of this year’s Orientation Programme was a strong message against the ill effects of drug abuse. C V Anand, Commissioner of Police, addressed the gathering with a powerful talk on drug abuse awareness. In a deeply moving moment, he led the students in a pledge to stay away from drugs.
The event was attended by the Founder of Shantha Biotech, K I Vara Prasad Reddy, who commended Hivision Foundation for its dedication to uplifting marginalised communities and instilling values that prepare children for a brighter future.
The patron and platinum donor of Hivision Foundation, Dr Bhaskar Rao Bollineni, who is the chairman and MD of KIMS Group of Hospitals, graced the occasion with his invaluable guidance and advice.
