Hyderabad Police organises ‘Dawaat e Iftar’ at Chowmahalla Palace
Eminent personalities from Hyderabad attend event, participate in iftar alongside police officials
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Police organised a ‘Dawaat e Iftar’ programme at Chowmahalla Palace in the city on Wednesday.
Eminent personalities of the city attended the event and participated in the iftar alongside the police officials.
Minister for Transport Ponnam Prabhakar attended as the chief guest of the programme.
Mohd Ali Shabbir, Advisor to Government on Minorities Affairs; Dr Jitender, DGP Telangana; CV Anand, Hyderabad CP; Mahesh Muralidhar Bhagwat, Additional DG (law and order); AK Khan, former DG; local MLAs Jaffar Hussain Meraj, Mir Zulfeqar Ali and Ahmed Bin Abdullah Balala; and other police officials attended the event.
CV Anand, during his address, asked the people to strive hard to prioritise harmony and goodwill.
