Hyderabad police traces three missing girls from Domalguda, reunite them with family

Hyderabad police traced three minor girls who had gone missing from Domalguda and safely reunited them with their family. The girls were found in Chhattisgarh after a coordinated search. Police said they had left home following frequent quarrels between their parents.

Hyderabad: The police have traced three minor girls who had gone missing from Domalguda and reunited them with their family.

According to DCP (Secunderabad) Rakshita Murthy, the police received a complaint on July 19 that three minor girls had gone missing from their residence in Domalguda.

Police immediately launched a search and traced the children to Chattisgarh before bringing them back safely to Hyderabad.

The family had migrated from Chhattisgarh to Hyderabad around two months ago in search of livelihood. The children’s father was employed at a hotel in the city.

During questioning, the girls told the police that they had decided to leave home because their parents frequently quarreled. They said they wanted to find work and earn a living on their own. After leaving Hyderabad, they travelled to Nagpur, where they approached a woman seeking employment. The woman reportedly advised them to contact another person in Chhattisgarh for work.

Acting on these leads, the Domalguda police coordinated efforts and traced the girls, who were found safe and reunited with their family.

DCP Rakshita Murthy said the prompt response and coordinated efforts of the police teams ensured the safe recovery of the minors.
