Hyderabad: A pre-bid meeting for 101 plots at Bahadurpally Layout in Medchal–Malkajgiri district was held on Saturday with 120 persons participating in the event ahead of the e-auction scheduled for March 14 and 15.
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) said the plots set for auction, to be held via the union government enterprise MSTC Limited, will be beneficial for successful bidders since they were free from legal disputes.
“After the plots in Kokapet and Uppal were auctioned successfully, people are opting for plots auctioned by the HMDA as there is no scope for legal disputes. The plots being auctioned are encumbrance-free lands with clear titles owned by the State government,” the HMDA said in a press release.
During the meeting, HMDA officials clarified doubts of participants including payment related queries. Information regarding roads, electrical power supply, water supply, sewerage pipeline system and other amenities was also provided.
