Hyderabad: Rashtrapati Nilayam to allow free entry for teachers and sportspeople
Rashtrapati Nilayam in Secunderabad will allow free entry to sports personnel and enthusiasts on September 29, National Sports Day, and to teachers on September 5, Teachers Day. Visitors must produce valid ID or certificates to avail the facility
Hyderabad: In commemoration of National Sports Day on September 29, all sports personnel and sports enthusiasts will be given free entry to Rashtrapati Nilayam, the official retreat of the President of India, at Bolarum in Secunderabad.
According to a press release, to avail this facility, individuals should produce either a valid government-issued ID card identifying them as sports personnel or a national or international-level sports certificate issued in their name. Families will also be allowed entry along with them.
The free entry to Rashtrapati Nilayam will also be extended to teachers and their families on September 5, on the occasion of National Teachers Day. Interested visitors can directly walk in to avail this exemption and experience the historic and cultural significance of Rashtrapati Nilayam.
