Hyderabad: Real estate agent arrested for selling same flats, plots to multiple buyers

The arrested realtor Mannem Santhosh Kumar (45), a resident of Dr A S Rao nagar managed to cheat vulnerable buyers selling the same plot or flat to multiple buyers.

Hyderabad: A real estate agent was arrested on Tuesday by the Rachakonda Special Operations Team on charges of cheating multiple buyers by selling the same open plot and apartment.

The arrested realtor Mannem Santhosh Kumar (45), a resident of Dr A S Rao nagar managed to cheat vulnerable buyers selling the same plot or flat to multiple buyers. He had later escaped, Nagole Inspector, A Surya Nayak said.

Santhosh Kumar had cheated several persons in Nagole and a case was registered against him. Previously, the man was arrested for his involvement in similar cases SR Nagar, Neredmet and LB Nagar.
