Hyderabad: SBI mega property show from December 20
The Mega Property Show will provide customers a one stop solution to acquire their dream home. Concessions in processing fee and interest rates will be offered to those who book their home in the property show.
Hyderabad: The State Bank of India (SBI) is organizing a Mega Property Expo, featuring more than 50 big builders from Hyderabad who will showcase their ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, at Hitex, Madhapur from December 20 to 22 December 2024.
The Mega Property Show will provide customers a one stop solution to acquire their dream home. Concessions in processing fee and interest rates will be offered to those who book their home in the property show.
Interacting with media persons on Monday, Rajesh Kumar, Chief General Manager, SBI, Hyderabad Circle said that the bank has crossed Rs. 7.95 trillion mark in Home Loan Business as on November 30, 2024.
Hyderabad Circle crossed Rs. 10,000 crore of housing loan disbursements during the year. The Hyderabad Circle has a Builder Finance Portfolio of Rs. 1,200 Cr and has 859 projects approved under “Builder Tie-up” till date. During the current FY, 120 builder tie-ups were approved across the state, and many more projects are being considered under the ambit of “Builder Tie-Up” to accelerate the Home Loan process, he said.
