Hyderabad: SHIELD25 to discuss AI as a weapon for exploitation and strategies to fight back

Hyderabad will be hosting a high-level conclave on use of AI as a tool for exploitation by criminals and the strategies to be adopted by police to counter them

Hyderabad: A two-day conclave on cybersecurity being organised here will discuss the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as a weapon of exploitation by criminals and the strategies to be evolved by the law enforcement agencies (LEA) to fight back.

The conclave named SHIELD25 being organisedy Telangana Cyber Secuerit Bureau (TGSCB), Cyberabad police and the SCSC will get off on February 17 and 18. The conclave will have over 40 speakers, 15 sessions, 10 panels and five workshops dealing with various aspects of cybersecurity, use of AI as a tool by criminals and the strategies to be adopted by LEA.


The conclave will bring together leaders from technology, law enforcement, and policy to tackle evolving cyber threats and enhance digital safety. The event would feature keynotes, panels, and workshops on critical topics like child and women safety, AI-driven security, and cybercrime prevention. Join us to explore innovative solutions and collaborative strategies shaping the future of cybersecurity.

A noted legal expert Bhuwan Ribhu will present his keynote address on ‘AI-Generated CSEAM and Innovation in Policing’, according to a press release here on Monday.

Some of the highlights and Next-Generation AI-powered cybersecurity solutions at the technology experience zone include: AI-Powered Cybersecurity, Next-Gen Malware Protection, Advanced Email Encryption, AI-Driven Passwordless Authentication, Payment Fraud Protection, Facial Recognition, State-of-the-Art Digital Forensic Tools, Live Simulations, and Interactive AI Cyber Defense.

One of the biggest attractions will be the Humanoid Robo—an AI-powered interactive machine that will engage with delegates. In addition, organizations specializing in Red Teaming and Blue Teaming will conduct live cyber attack simulations, demonstrating real-world attack scenarios and defense strategies.
