Hyderabad: Techie couple found hanging in Ameenpur
According to police officials, the couple had an argument over making arrangements for their daughter's birthday
Sangareddy: A couple, both software engineers, died by suicide on their daughter’s birthday at their residence following an argument over a petty issue at Rock Hills Colony in Ameenpur municipality on Sunday night.
The couple had an argument over making arrangements for their daughter’s birthday. When Sandeep (36) went out, his wife hanged herself. Shocked upon seeing Keerthi hanging from the ceiling on his return, Sandeep also ended his life by hanging himself using the same rope.
The neighbours saw both the children, aged below five, crying and looked through the window to find their parents hanging from the ceiling. They broke open the doors and informed the Ameenpur police.
The bodies were shifted to the government hospital in Patancheru for postmortem. The deaths of the husband and wife, natives of Warangal, left both the families in shock.
