Hyderabad: To propagate the deeply rooted culinary culture of Telangana State and with an aim to become synonymous with Telangana food, Terrai, a 12, 000 square feet dining destination offering luxurious and unique ambience for 250 guests, has been launched at Sattva Knowledge Park, Hitec City.

Terrāi is homage to the rich heritage, culture, and culinary prowess of Telangana. At Terrāi, every dish serves as a resplendent tribute to the land, celebrating local women farmers and tribal chefs.

Taking immense pride in our roots, our thought and vision behind Terrāi is to simply showcase the tradition and history behind the food from our State, designed for the modern diner,” Rohit Kasuganti, Founder, CEO, TSK Food Works, said.

Terrāi is a creative canvas where we weave the rich cultural and artistic elements of Telangana into every detail. From collaborating with local artisans on Dokra art to sourcing textiles for our Ikat-inspired decor, every partnership reflects the soul of Telangana, Anisha Deevakonda, Creative Head and Partner, Terrāi said.

Some of the interesting food indulgences at Tarrai include Karim Nagar Fried Chicken Wings, complemented by tangy pickled onions, Terai Mutton Curry paired with spiced Masala Pooris, Golichina Mamsum, crowned with crispy fried curry leaves, Saffron Cheesecake, Kandha Doodh etc.
