Hyderabad: Three arrested for killing man who urinated on roadside

Hyderabad: The Meerpet police on Tuesday arrested three persons on charges of killing a man who had allegedly relieved himself on the roadside on Sunday.

Police said the suspects saw Anand Raj (33), a private employee and a native of Kurnool of Andhra Pradesh, relieving himself on the roadside near Balapur Crossroads in full public view on Sunday afternoon and picked up an argument with him. During the heated argument, they punched him multiple times, killing him on the spot.

“The three repeatedly hit him on his face and head and other parts. He died on the spot,” police said, adding that the three were produced before court and remanded in judicial custody.
