Hyderabad: Three persons who were involved in a theft case were caught by the Commissioner’s Task Force (South) on Thursday. The police recovered 318 grams of gold from them.
The suspects were Imran Ansari (32) and Mukesh Kumar Saini (28), both natives of Rajasthan. The third person was Deen Dayal Prajapathi (27), who purchased the stolen items.
According to the police, Imran Ansari and Mukesh Kumar did marble work at construction sites in the city and in March last year, Imran while staying in a house at Chandrayangutta, came to know that the house owner had gone to the United Kingdom.
“Imran along with Mukesh Kumar planned a burglary and broke into the house, from where they stole gold ornaments and cash,” police said.
A case was registered in March last year and the team which was tracking down the suspects nabbed them on Thursday.
