Hyderabad Traffic Police book 572 drunk drivers in two-day special enforcement drive
The Hyderabad Traffic Police booked 572 motorists for drunken driving during a two-day special enforcement drive. Five drivers recorded blood alcohol concentration (BAC) levels above 300, indicating severe intoxication. All offenders have been booked and will appear before the court.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad traffic police booked 572 motorists for driving under the influence of alcohol during a two-day special enforcement drive conducted on Friday and Saturday as part of efforts to improve road safety and curb drunken driving.
During the special drive, 475 offenders were two-wheeler riders, while 43 were three-wheeler drivers and 54 were driving four-wheelers and other vehicles.
The police said that the five drivers recorded BAC levels exceeding 300, indicating severe intoxication.
Cases are booked against all those caught and they will have to appear before the court.
