Hyderabad: The Chaderghat police on Sunday arrested two persons who were allegedly possessing Mephentermine sulphate injections and seized 20 vials.
The arrested are Shaik Sameer (23) and Waseem Khan (22), both residents of Malakpet.
According to the police, Sameer and Waseem were buying the drugs illegally with the help of their associate Mazhar, from a Delhi-based man, Asim.
“Asim supplied the vials to Mazher, who in turn gave them to Sameer and Waseem, to sell them to customers. A case is registered and efforts are on to nab Asim and Mazher,” said Chaderghat sub-inspector A Bharath Kumar.
