Hyderabad: Two held for selling ganja in Uppuguda, 2.1 kg seized
The State Task Force of the Prohibition and Excise Department arrested two persons for allegedly selling ganja in Uppuguda and seized 2.1 kg of the contraband along with two motorcycles. Five other accused, including the supplier from Nagpur, are absconding.
Hyderabad: The State Task Force of the Prohibition and Excise Department on Friday caught two persons who were selling ganja at Uppuguda and seized 2.1 kilogram along with two motorcycle.
According to an official, the The suspects Mohammed Arbaz (25) of Jalpally and Syed Israruddin (18), Mughalpura procured the ganja from one Javeed of Nagpur and selling to customers.
Five others Junaid, Omer, Mohammed Amer Qureshi, Asiya Begum all residents of Tergalkunta, Falaknuma and Javeed of Nagpur are absconding.
Efforts are on to nab them, said the official. A case is registered at Charminar Prohibition and Excise Station.
