Hyderabad: Two persons died after the bike they were traveling skidded and came under the wheels of a truck at Kothur on the city outskirts on Friday.

Police said one of the victims who was driving lost control of the vehicle in an attempt to overtake the truck from the left side. The bike skidded and came under the rear wheels of the truck, whose driver was taking a diversion at a fuel refilling station.

Both the persons on the bike died on the spot.

The Kothur police are investigating.
