Hyderabad: Two labourers died and another sustained injuries when an under-construction building caved in at Petbasheerabad on Sunday afternoon.

According to the police, the two workers, Ganesh (21) native of Jharkhand and Thayappa Dhandgule (45) of Karnataka were working along with another labourer, Rajdeep (19) at a construction site when the incident happened.

“All the three persons were working at the site when suddenly the structure caved in and all of them fell on the ground resulting in injuries,” said an official of Petbasheerabad police station.

On receiving information, the Petbasheerabad police reached the spot and shifted the dead bodies to the mortuary. A case is registered and investigation is on. The condition of the injured person was stated to be stable.
