Hyderabad: A 40-year-old woman is suspected to have been murdered at her house in Lothkunta in Alwal on Saturday afternoon.

According to the police, the woman was living alone and earned a livelihood by doing menial jobs. On Saturday afternoon, neighbours found her lying dead in the house and informed the police over Dial 100.

The local police reached the spot and took up the investigation.

“There are a few bleeding injuries on the face. The CLUES team is assisting us in establishing the reason behind her death,” said A Gangadhar, SHO (Alwal).
