Hyderabad: A woman, along with her son, allegedly killed her live-in partner in Chintal in Ambedkar Nagar under Jeedimetla police limits on Sunday night.

The victim, identified as Shivareddy, was reportedly in a live-in relationship with the woman.
According to preliminary information, the suspects resorted to the extreme act due to alleged harassment by the victim.

Police suspect the duo had attacked Shivareddy with a butcher’s knife, killing him on the spot. In an attempt to dispose of the body, they wrapped it in a sack and tried to transport it.

However, their plan failed when the police intercepted them while they were moving the body, leading to their immediate arrest.
The body has been retrieved and shifted to the hospital for autopsy.
A case has been registered, and further investigation is on to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the incident.
