Hyderabad: Work for Khelo India projects begin on OU grounds

Hyderabad: The work for the synthetic athletic track and synthetic tennis courts, as part of the Khelo India projects, started at Osmania University ‘A’ ground on Friday.

These projects were sanctioned by Government of India under Khelo India Scheme.


Prof B Reddya Naik, OSD to vice-chancellor of Osmania University, performed the ‘bhoomi puja’ in the presence of Prof. M. Gopal Naik Chief Engineer, Osmania University, Prof. D. Chennapa, Principal, University College of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University and Prof. K. Deepla, Director & Head, Department of Physical Education, Osmania University.
