Hyderabad’s Government City College student excels in National Integration Camp
A Bcom student Karthik was part of the Ganga team, which was led by contingent leader and City College NSS Programme Officer B Krishna Chandra Keerth, that bagged the gold medal in the overall national level cultural competition.

Hyderabad: Government City College NSS volunteer B Karthik excelled in the National Integration Camp recently organised by the Union Ministry of Youth & Sports in Haryana. The camp was conducted on the theme ‘Youth for my Bharath, Youth for Digital Literacy’.
A Bcom student Karthik was part of the Ganga team, which was led by contingent leader and City College NSS Programme Officer B Krishna Chandra Keerth, that bagged the gold medal in the overall national level cultural competition.
Around 220 NSS volunteers representing 24 universities from 14 States participated in the seven-day camp. The Osmania University team comprising six volunteers led by contingent leader Keerthi took part in the camp.
City College principal Dr, Bala Bhaskar said that it was a matter of pride that college NSS volunteers have been participating regularly in national integration camps for the past six years and have been honoured as best volunteers. Staff and students congratulated the NSS PO and the volunteers.
