On December 6th, Wild Waters, the beloved Vacation Kingdom of Hyderabad, located in Shankarpally, opened its gates to an extraordinary group of young guests. In a touching and meaningful initiative, the award-winning water and amusement theme park welcomed children from the Institute for Vision Rehabilitation (IVR) at the L V Prasad Eye Institute. L V Prasad Eye Institute’s Rehabilitation Centre, along with their parents and siblings.

Spread across 30 acres of lush greenery on the tranquil outskirts of Shankarpally, Wild Waters offered dedicated lawns designed for engaging games, creating a memorable and comforting experience for children. The IVR team guided the children through thoughtfully curated games, where siblings and parents cheered them on, fostering both excitement and encouragement. The open lawns allowed children to connect with nature while ensuring their safety, with family close by if assistance was needed. At the same time, parents enjoyed the opportunity to bond and partake in the fun.

“Our park has always been about creating moments that stay with you,” said the Managing Director of Wild Waters. “Welcoming these children reminded us why we do what we do. Joy becomes truly powerful when it is shared without barriers.”

Featuring over 50+ water and dry rides, Wild Waters (www.wildwaters.in) has earned its place as one of India’s most trusted entertainment destinations. Its legacy of excellence includes the prestigious Best Amusement Park by the Tourism Department, Govt. of Telangana. It has also been recognised with several Pearl of Hyderabad awards for its reputation as a top-tier event venue.

Children enjoyed the freedom to explore the park’s rides and water activities, guided and encouraged by their siblings and parents. Freshly prepared meals at the food courts added a comforting touch to the day.

The event ended with happy faces, boosted confidence, and memories that families will treasure. This heartwarming initiative is part of Wild Waters’ ongoing CSR vision, reinforcing the park’s commitment to community engagement and creating recreational experiences accessible to all. Through efforts like this, Wild Waters continues to show that joy becomes even more meaningful when shared and that every child deserves a day filled with happiness, care, and unforgettable memories.
