Hyderabad’s Saatvic Kumar Singh finishes second runner-up in IGU Jharkhand golf event
Hyderabad’s young golfer Saatvic Kumar Singh finished second runner-up at the IGU Jharkhand event in Tatanagar. A ninth standard student of DPS Hyderabad, he has multiple South Zone titles, ranked fifth in IGU Order of Merit 2024, and played in Golconda Masters 2025
Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s Saatvic Kumar Singh finished second runner-up in the IGU Jharkhand event at Tatanagar.
A ninth standard student of DPS Hyderabad and a student player of the Hyderabad Golf Association, the 13-year-old Saatvic was former No 1 in South Zone and started playing golf at the age of two-and-a-half years at Hyderabad Golf Club.
Some of his achievements include being former South Zone No 1 junior and recording two hat-trick wins in South Zone.
Recently, Saatvic finished second in the IGU Northern India Junior at Classic Golf and Country Club, Gurgaon, Haryana. He was ranked fifth in the IGU Order of Merit in 2024.
Saatvic also played in the Telangana Golconda Masters 2025 as an amateur after going through the Telangana selection trials.
