Hyderabad: Income Tax officials conducted searches at the homes of Mythri Movie Makers, the producers of Pushpa 2, and an online web portal owner in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Some of the notable films produced by the company are Srimanthudu, Rangasthalam, Janatha Garage, Pushpa: The Rise, Pushpa 2: The Rule.

Established in 2015 by Naveen Yerneni, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar and Mohan Cherukuri, Mythri Movie Makers is one of the top Telugu film production companies. Currently, the production house is headed by Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar, as Mohan Cherukuri left in 2019 to start Vyra Entertainments.

Earlier on Tuesday, I-T officials also raided the residence and office of producer Dil Raju, and his relatives. These raids reportedly come after these Telugu film productions earned record-breaking collections with their recent releases.
