Ian Somerhalder shares throwback pic from ‘The Vampire Diaries’ sets

Hyderabad: Ian Somerhalder’s character Damon Salvatore from ‘The Vampire Diaries’ has a huge fan-following. So, when the actor shared a throwback picture from the sets of the famous series, he immediately sent fans into a frenzy.

The bloodied picture where Damon flaunts his Vampire teeth has over 2 million likes on Instagram. “Sometimes in life we have to make adjustments… Good dental hygiene is also important. Two separate thoughts of course,” Ian hilariously captioned the pic.

“WE LOVE AND MISS DAMON SALVATORE(sic),” commented a die-hard fan. “Damon is the best,” wrote a fan under the post. “Bite me please”, “LIKE IF YOU MISS DAMON SALVATORE(sic)” and “Hello brother” were some of the other comments on the post.

A couple of days ago, Ian had shared an ‘Entertainment Weekly’ article from the year 2012 when ‘TVD’ was one of the most popular shows. In a poll of top entertainers of the year, Ian topped the list of TV actors.  “Ha… I guess this was the closest Damon ever got to Tony Stark. Found this in an old box of articles. @entertainmentweekly you’ve always been so good to me! Ohhhh 2012… What were you doing in 2012? Any great memories?” Ian captioned the pic.

Max Greenfield, Peter Dinklage and Bryan Cranston were followed by Ian. To this, Ian’s co-star Paul Wesley commented, “No way I’d pick you over Bryan Cranston tbh (sic).”
