Hyderabad: ICBM-School of Business Excellence, Hyderabad, recently organised an orientation programme on ‘Road Map for Career Development’ and ‘Corporate Expectations from Graduates’ as part of its knowledge sharing initiatives at G Pulla Reddy Degree & PG College.
ICBM-SBE director and principal Professor Zarar who conducted a session on ‘Road Map for Career Development’ discussed the steps to be followed by students while planning their career. He suggested an action plan to be implemented for their career development.
Another session on ‘Corporate Expectations from Graduates’ was conducted by professor Vara Prasad and Ramanjana Reddy, associate professor.
Professor Prasad highlighted the need for the development of professional skills and personal attributes by students that make them job ready. He shared an insight that made students to be aware of the importance of both skills apart from academic knowledge. Ramanjana Reddy emphasised the significance of communication skills. G Pulla Reddy Degree & PG College principal Dr Murali Krishna also participated in the event.
