The two organisations will collaborate to impart the certificate in postgraduate, graduate, and five-year integrated programmes in the specialised areas of the knowledge, according to a press release. They will create facilities jointly for dispute resolution of the business groups and centres of excellence for the benefit of professionals and MSME stakeholders.

ICFAI Law School, director, Prof. A V Narsimha Rao said, “We are happy to partner with the ni-msme to collaborate in education, academic research and support initiatives that will support and strengthen the capabilities of youth and MSMEs in the country. This is just a first step in that direction.”

Ni-msme, director general, S Glory Swarupa said, “ni-msme, has always been conceiving specialised need-based initiatives in tune with the changing policy and economic situation. With ICFAI’s expertise in law, ni-msme will work together in empowering India’s youth, start-ups, small business owners and MSMEs with the knowledge and resources required to respond to uncertain external events that are constantly evolving in today’s fast-paced dynamic world.”
